These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Veridian Systems B.V., registered in the Netherlands with Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 98475629, located at Arlandaweg 92, 1043 EX Amsterdam, Netherlands. Contact: [email protected].
2. Services
Veridian Systems B.V. provides digital and online services including, but not limited to, web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, API development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity consulting, database management, SEO, digital marketing, and IT consulting. All services are delivered entirely digitally — no physical products are involved.
3. Order Process
Submitting an order form on our website constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. After receiving your order, a representative of Veridian Systems B.V. will contact you via email to confirm the scope, timeline, and pricing of the requested service. A binding agreement is formed only upon written confirmation from both parties.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are indicative and denominated in euros (EUR). Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work. Payment terms are agreed upon individually and communicated via email. No payment is collected through the website order form.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables produced specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Veridian Systems B.V. retains the right to use anonymised project details for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Veridian Systems B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
9. Changes to These Terms
Veridian Systems B.V. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
